The TH Capital Accelerator is a comprehensive business growth programme from validation stage till creating a strong, sustainable and scalable business ready for regional expansion. From strategic mentors to professional consultants and from management consulting services to financial restructuring, our Accelerator programme is Malaysia’s most premier startup accelerator.

We’re giving out up to MYR 200,000 per startup in exchange for 5% to 20% equity stake. Early stage startups (from pre-launch to post MVP stage) are invited to apply to our programme and the investment amount given out will be depending upon the startup’s requirements whilst the equity stake taken will be dependent upon the valuation justification of the startup.

Our Accelerator programme is opened throughout the year and each month a new startup will be inducted into the programme after a monthly pitching session amongst the applications for that month. What follows is a 3 + 3 month programme with us at True Happiness Capital.

For the first three months, startups are required to be located inside our office at Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), Malaysia where each startup will undergo an intensive programme custom tailored to the startup’s plans and ambitions to grow and scale. If all KPIs are met during those three months, the startups will then be allowed to move out of our Headquarters (HQ) with weekly check ins to our office to report on their weekly progress for the following three months.

Once the three plus three months period has been completed, we will still continue to support the startup actively. We will conduct a comprehensive post accelerator review to see where the startup is currently and what is required to grow even larger and more successful. One of our key strengths is that unlike traditional accelerators, as a Venture Capital firm we have funds allocated to lead follow on rounds of funding for the startup if required and if the KPIs are met during the programme.

A key differentiator to our accelerator programme is a very strong list of Strategic Mentors plus Professional Consultants. Throughout the programme, each startup will have the opportunity to be exposed to our Strategic Mentors who consist of high ranking captains of industry with strong network and connections which can propel a startup higher up the value chain. On top of just Strategic Mentors, we also have a slew of Professional Consultants across multiple fields of business ranging from management consulting, project management, taxation, accounting, logistics and other such relevant fields who will be spending exclusive one-on-one time with startups who are accepted into our accelerator programme.
